What will you get out of Dorsey Training Solutions?
Speed, Power, Agility, Coordination, Balance, Explosion and Confidence are the components we work on in our performance/exercise training sessions. Before we begin the first session, we sit down with each of our clients (or coaches) to develop an individualized plan to ensure that we efficiently train our athletes or weekend warriors based on their skill level, personal needs, and performance goals. There are no cookie cutter routines here. No athlete is the same, so why should they train the same?
Each session is 30-60 minutes of intense coaching by professional, certified strength and performance coaches. We will push you to your limit. We encourage physical and mental toughness.
