The first step to changing your life in the weight loss game is taking that first step forward. You can’t depend on others to motivate you, tell you what to do, or tell you how to eat. Why? Because they aren’t the ones that makes you lose weight and inches! The only one who can do that is YOU!! You must dedicate yourself to a fitness plan, lifestyle change, cleaner diet and positive mental focus that you can and will accomplish your anticipated goals. When exercising to lose weight you must do it for the right reasons such as bettering your health, lowering your cholesterol and blood pleasure levels and reducing your stress. I come across men and women that want to lose weight because they have a big event coming up which I must say never works because most of the time people wait to the last minute to start attempting to lose 15-30lbs. Losing weight isn’t something you can do quick if you’re doing it the safe and healthy way.
Stop Eating
Just think if it took you 10 years to gain 40lbs it’s going to take time to get it off. I can’t stress this enough!! DO THIS FOR YOURSELF and not others. Most people don’t lose the excess weight they put on because they aren’t doing it for themselves. Once you tell yourself ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! You will drop the 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 plus pounds you desire to lose. But remember it all starts with YOU. Keep Getting Better!
