I know I have stressed this in earlier weight lost tips and post but I want to reiterate the importance of not skipping meals. When you skip meals your body goes into a fat-storing mode, making it very challenging to burn calories. So please understand losing weight is about consitency and being discipline.
Research and Studies show that people that keep journals of what food they eat throughout the week, plan meals ahead of time and weigh themselves regularly are more likely to lose weight. But like anything else you must be discipline and consistent with this. -Get Better
