Body Weight week 3

Body weight week 3 is coming at you with more volume and intensity. I can tell you this my body is now starting to change a bit from all of the bodyweight exercises I have been doing for the past 2 weeks. Do you see or feel a difference? If not you need to work harder and push yourself!

I have attached week 3 below. You should know the exercises by now so get it done. No Excuses!  This week is a very important week so get after it! Remember always get better at something each and every day.

THIS WEEK YOU NEED TO REALLY PUSH YOURSELF. IF YOU CAN DO THIS TWICE, DO IT!  BUT ON THE 2ND SET CUT THE REPS IN HALF.  THIS IS ONLY IF YOU WANT TO PUSH YOURSELF TO THE NEXT LEVEL AND ATTACK THE FAT! HAPPY TRAINING!
