I received this question today: What can I do to get these additional calories off my butt? Here are a couple of steps you can take to get those calories off sooner than later.

  • Take a nice 20-30 minute  walk or jog 3-4 times a week. This will speed your metabolism up and burn those extra calories off.
  •  Plan out when you will exercise during the week. Also, map out your meals and snacks so that you’re not over eating throughout the day.
  • Drink plenty of water!
  • Stretch or yoga 1 hour prior to going to bed. This will prepare your body for rest and relaxation for throughout the night.
  •  Laugh Talk and Have fun – this will reduce your stress levels and keep your weight dropping off.

Always get better at something each day. You must find that internal motivation to take that step to being even more amazing that you are today.
